Their Best Party - EVER: This package is ideal for parties with children of different ages. Toddlers enjoy the ball pond, while older kids have fun with the bouncy castle and Didi Cars. You can upgrade to a Bouncy Castle with a Slide for just £15. Choose your bouncy castle theme on the booking form. The full-size Ball Pond contains over 2000 balls and is 'air sealed,' meaning it remains inflated without a continuously running blower. While the bouncy castle can be set up indoor or outside, the ball pond must be indoors as it keep the balls cleaner.

Set Up and Pack Up Times

Please allow us 30 minutes to safely set up your Party Package and the same amount of time to pack up at the end of the hire. Access to a standard electricity socket is required to power the fan.

FOR OUTDOOR BOOKINGS: REAL GRASS IS BEST

For outdoor residential hires, our inflatables must be set up in a garden where we can secure them by hammering stakes into the ground.

This Bouncy Castle has SIX anchor points.

We need to be able to hammer SIX stakes into the ground.

We cannot set up outdoors on hard surfaces like slabs, tarmac, monobloc, or timber decking since stakes can't be hammered in.

We cannot set up on land adjacent to your property without obtaining written permission from the landowner first.

We CAN set up on ASTROTURF if there is a base of compacted sand and gravel and you provide express consent to hammer stakes through the surface. You will be asked to grant this permission on the booking form.

Safety First

All our products are PIPA safety certified, have public liability insurance, electrical testing, and risk assessments. If booking for a hall or community centre, you may be asked to provide copies of our documents, which are automatically sent as a link in your confirmation email.
